EveryDistrict is an organization founded in early 2017 with a mission to flip state legislatures blue and “to rebuild our country from the states up with better data and better fundraising.” Their 2040 Project outlines a strategy to build a lasting Democratic coalition at all levels of government over the next 20 years.
